The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. Id suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.
Ordering from the website was easy with a nice selection of legs to choose from. The legs I received were well made and perfect for my project. I am a relative newbie to wood working and will never have the tools to build stable completely on my own. The table base kits I have purchased have allowed me to build a beautiful table twice .
There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.
